About the role

  • Collaborate with the team to understand staffing needs.
  • Create internal job postings in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Promote vacancies through career sites, social media, Facebook groups, and internal channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the position.
  • Regularly call and follow up with potential candidates.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as necessary.
  • Coordinate, follow up, and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Coordinate interdepartmentally and support the teams

Job requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management with 1 years of experience in HR/ Recruitment/ Sales
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of google applications, ATS
  • Attention to details and organized
  • Practical and can act immediately
  • Good people analytics and reporting skills
  • Confident to make decisions
  • Ability to work with flexible timing
