Job description
Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, security systems, and critical office devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of essential systems by managing power backup, bandwidth, and network routing in coordination with vendors and ISPs.
Plan and support business growth by assessing infrastructure needs, recommending upgrades, and overseeing procurement, installation, and maintenance activities.
Monitor and enforce IT usage policies across local and cloud environments, ensuring compliance with security standards.
Manage server deployments, migrations, and performance optimization for both on-premises and cloud platforms.
Identify, assess, and mitigate internal and external security threats while maintaining secure IT operations.
Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies, including VOIP, conferencing, and wireless solutions, to improve operational efficiency.
Support on infrastructure improvements, capacity planning, and technology strategies to align with business objectives.
Job requirements
Minimum 1 (preferred 2) years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or cloud administration.
A blend of hardware and software skills along with the ability to work with vendors, subordinates, and other managers.
Strong knowledge of the industryβs best practices, information analysis, data security, and data management.
Ensure Systems & Network operation standards, processes, and procedures are executed
