Job description

  • Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, security systems, and critical office devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.

  • Ensure uninterrupted operation of essential systems by managing power backup, bandwidth, and network routing in coordination with vendors and ISPs.

  • Plan and support business growth by assessing infrastructure needs, recommending upgrades, and overseeing procurement, installation, and maintenance activities.

  • Monitor and enforce IT usage policies across local and cloud environments, ensuring compliance with security standards.

  • Manage server deployments, migrations, and performance optimization for both on-premises and cloud platforms.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate internal and external security threats while maintaining secure IT operations.

  • Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies, including VOIP, conferencing, and wireless solutions, to improve operational efficiency.

  • Support on infrastructure improvements, capacity planning, and technology strategies to align with business objectives.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 1 (preferred 2) years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or cloud administration.

  • A blend of hardware and software skills along with the ability to work with vendors, subordinates, and other managers.

  • Strong knowledge of the industry’s best practices, information analysis, data security,  and data management.

  • Ensure Systems & Network operation standards, processes, and procedures are executed
