As we continue to expand, we are seeking talented Senior Product Designers to join our team and help us achieve our goal.


You need to -

  • Demonstrating product design concepts.
  • Collaborating with product leadership, marketing, and engineers for a seamless user experience.
  • Applying design standards daily and ensuring compliance with Lead/Principal Designers.
  • Efficiently implementing Leapfrog's discovery and design process.
  • Working closely with the development team and facilitating design system handoffs.
  • Leading or participating in design verification sessions.
  • Learning and teaching design tools like Figma.
  • Conducting market research to identify market gaps.
  • Visualizing design ideas through storyboards, wireframes, etc.
  • Creating user-centric design flows and screens.
  • Iteratively enhancing online brand and application UIs.
  • Embracing Agile methodology.
  • Utilizing product analytics for ongoing improvement.
  • Conducting user testing for actionable insights.
  • Proactively contributing design recommendations and strategic decisions.
  • Communicating effectively with clients to understand their objectives.
  • Mentoring junior designers for their growth and alignment with our strategies.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional design experience with a proven portfolio and case studies.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard UI and prototype tools.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile design guidelines, UI/UX principles.
  • Experience leading UX and visual design analysis.
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, attention to detail, creativity, and foresight.
  • Experience in technical and design documentation such as design systems, layout documents, style guides, color palettes, etc.
  • Familiarity with design delivery, handoff, and task management processes.
  • Thorough understanding and implementation of design thinking, design processes, and design verification.
  • Good grasp of HTML, CSS, JS, IDX, UCD, application design scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban.
  • Results-oriented, customer-focused, passionate about tackling technical and operational challenges.

Project Skills:

  • Ability to grasp product vision and empathize with the client's business.
  • Effective resource and schedule planning.
  • Proficient in change management planning and implementation.
  • Diplomatic negotiation with clients and teams.

People Skills:

  • Capable of supervising, delegating, and empowering team members.
  • Skilled in persuasion, motivation, inspiration, and mentorship.
  • Comfortable providing constructive feedback on team performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in team development.

Strategic Skills:

  • Ability to simplify complex problems.
  • Alignment with company vision and facilitating its implementation.
  • Catalyst for change in implementing company vision and strategy.

🧳 Interview formats

Step 1 - Phone Interview [20-30m]

  • Quick introduction, portfolio review, and QnA

Step 2 - F2F On-site interview [2hrs]

  • Brief Introduction (5-10 minutes)

  • Presentation of Portfolio (5-10 minutes)

  • Question and Answer Session (30 minutes)

  • Whiteboarding Exercise (1 hour)

  • Discussion and Questions on the Exercise (10-15 minutes)

Step 3 - HR Interview [30m]

  • Interview with our HR team

Step 4 - Offer & Hire

  • If everything goes well you will receive an offer letter and if accepted you are now officially hired.
