About the role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with exposure to Generative AI to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work on building scalable applications while also contributing to the integration of GenAI-driven features that enhance product capabilities. You will collaborate on architectural decisions, support AI-assisted functionalities, and help the team stay aligned with emerging AI technologies. This is a great opportunity for someone strong in full-stack engineering who is also interested in applying GenAI in practical, real-world use cases.

• Design and develop robust full-stack applications using modern frameworks with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate on architectural decisions involving application design, cloud services, and AI-assisted features.

• Implement and support light to moderate GenAI integrations (e.g., integrating LLM APIs, building prompt workflows, handling embeddings, basic vector search, or AI-powered UI components).

• Driving technical projects and providing leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment

• Lead, motivate and mentor team members in achieving project and organizational goals

• Actively involved in improving organizational culture, process, and standards

• Provide thought leadership and strengthen the team’s software engineering capabilities

• Stay current with trends in full-stack development and evolving GenAI tools/frameworks.

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development with 1+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.

• 2+ years of experience in React and Node.js (or equivalent full-stack technologies).

• Expert-level knowledge of architectural principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

• Advanced knowledge of relational and non-relational databases

• Strong understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality best practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native application development.

• Exposure to AI-assisted feature development or willingness to work on GenAI components.

• Experience working in agile teams.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for building modern, intelligent applications.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Golang, Java

• Experience with SaaS products

• Experience with AWS techs like EC2, EBS, S3, SNS, RDS, Lambda, and Faregate

• Experience with containerization such as Docker, Kubernetes

• Experience with EHR integration, Redox, FHIR, HL7
