Senior Front-End Designer
- Lead and manage a team of front-end designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Set clear goals, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of design projects.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.
- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and UX designs into visually appealing and responsive front-end designs.
- Ensure consistent application of design principles, brand guidelines, and best practices across projects.
- Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the design process.
- Develop reusable design components, style guides, and design systems to promote consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end designs with server-side functionality.
- Conduct code reviews, provide guidance on best coding practices, and ensure high-quality code standards are maintained.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to align design vision with business objectives.
- Communicate design concepts, rationale, and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and project planning meetings.
