About the role

Leapfrog Technology, Pune is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. C++ Developer with at least 7 years of professional experience in C++ programming and expertise in MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes), WebSockets, and TCP/IP Protocol to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing high-performance applications while ensuring seamless communication and connectivity between systems

• 7 years of  experience in C++ programming and expertise in MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes), WebSockets, and TCP/IP Protocol

• Develop and enhance software solutions using C++ with a focus on the MFC framework.

• Implement and manage real-time communication modules using WebSockets and TCP/IP protocols.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues effectively.

• Optimize application performance for maximum efficiency and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and ensure code quality.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
