About the role

Leads day to day testing eff orts for Internal and External testing eff orts

● Plans, Develops and maintains test plans/strategy documents; guides testers on testing approach

● Collaborate with engineers and product team to understand project scope & requirements

● Reviews test cases for accuracy/coverage

● Creates weekly Implementation Testing Status Reports

● Manages testing allocations & project assignments

● Manages testing eff orts throughout project lifecycle; ensures adherence to testing delivery process

● Expand & enhance test testing process; trains and mentors testers on processes

● Monitors testing progress & results; raises risks/escalations to Project & Engineering managers

● Performs defect root cause analysis on escaped defects

● Builds upon repeatable testing assets

● Identify es areas for continuous/process improvements with focus and emphasis on improving testing quality and reducing

defect leakage

● Provides input towards test automation approach

● Provides testing reviews / UAT hand-off with external Customers

● Work closely with the Engineering team; track development progress and identify risks and issues related to quality

deliverables.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fi eld.

● 10+ years experience in Quality Assurance with at least 5+ years as a Test Lead

● Expertise in manual testing including functional , integration, E2E and regression testing. Experience running test automation

and reviewing results
