Lead Product Designer

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Designer to drive end-to-end design strategy, execution, and leadership across our project. The ideal candidate is a design leader with a strong track record of delivering elegant, user-centered digital experiences, managing design teams, and collaborating closely with clients, engineering, and relevant stakeholders to shape impactful products.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, process, and outcomes.

• Proven leadership in design direction, team mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Deep proficiency in industry-standard UI and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Framer).

• In-depth understanding of mobile and responsive web design standards, as well as accessibility guidelines.

• Demonstrated experience leading UX research, heuristic analysis, and visual design evaluations.

• Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail, with the ability to create scalable design systems and brand-consistent experiences.

• Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive design documentation, including systems, style guides, and interaction models.

• Familiar with design handoff and collaboration tools and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

• Deep understanding and application of design thinking, user-centered design, and iterative development methodologies.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency, 

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with an understanding of front-end constraints, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Applied knowledge of design thinking, user-centered design, and iterative development practices.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.

Strategic & Leadership Skills

• Ability to craft and evangelize a holistic design vision grounded in user needs and business objectives.

• Proven track record of driving strategic design initiatives, especially incorporating AI technologies to evolve team processes or unlock new product opportunities.

• Excellent at simplifying complex design problems and aligning stakeholders through storytelling and structured frameworks.

• Acts as a change agent and AI advocate within the design organization, mentoring others in the responsible and effective use of AI.

People & Project Leadership

• Experienced in leading and scaling high-performance design teams.

• Strong mentorship abilities to support growth, creativity, and autonomy within the team.

• Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Proficient in project planning, change management, and delivering under tight timelines with high impact.

Step 1 - Phone Interview [20-30m]

• Quick introduction, portfolio review, and Q&A

Step 2 - F2F On-site interview [2hrs]

• Brief Introduction (5-10 minutes)

• Presentation of Portfolio (5-10 minutes)

• Question and Answer Session (30 minutes)

• Whiteboarding Exercise (1 hour)

• Discussion and Questions on the Exercise (10-15 minutes)

Step 3 - HR Interview [30m]

• Interview with our HR team

Step 4 - Offer & Hire

• If everything goes well, you will receive an offer letter, and if accepted, you will be officially hired.
