Graphic Designer

We collaborate with both start-ups and established companies, from conception to final product, to develop streamlined and user-friendly designs. We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling designs across digital and print media. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating refined visual design, motion graphics, and video editing skills, and can collaborate effectively with product, marketing, and content teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.

Please note that this is not a product design or a UX design role.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or video production.

• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, illustration, animation, and video editing skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of Figma or other collaborative design tools is a plus.

• Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.

• Familiarity with social media best practices and platform guidelines is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Role Focus

• Create high-quality visuals, graphics, animations, and videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media channels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

• Assist in developing and maintaining visual assets, templates, and creative resources for consistent branding.

🧳 Interview formats

Step 1 - F2F On-site interview [2hrs]

• Brief Introduction (5-10 minutes)

• Presentation of Portfolio (5-10 minutes)

• Question and Answer Session (30 minutes)

• Whiteboarding Exercise (1 hour)

• Discussion and Questions on the Exercise (10-15 minutes)

Step 2 - HR Interview [30m]

• Interview with our HR team

Step 3 - Offer & Hire

• If everything goes well, you will receive an offer letter, and if accepted, you will be officially hired.
